We make every effort to dispatch all orders to the United Kingdom within 2 working days of acceptance of the order. Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to Royal Mail, but in the unlikely event of a parcel being lost we will do all we can to assist you to claim compensation.

We must be notified of any order problems within 28 days of ordering to enable us to assist with your enquiry. If you require further information please email us.

All of your purchases at www.juicylucydesigns.com are covered by our 7 day unconditional money-back guarantee.* If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). Any cancelled items must be returned in their original condition. Please include in your parcel either your original dispatch note or else a note with your Order No, Name and Address on it. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault.

  Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
  Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by email to customercare@juicylucydesigns.com within 2 days of you receiving an order confirmation email from us. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any carriage charges incurred.  
  If part of your order is out of stock we will email to inform you and refund any money owed.  
  We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for returns and cancelled items accepted by us within 30 days of cancellation/return.
